Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh / Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Project Support Analyst for an initial 6 month contract with option to extend up to a further 4 months on a rate of £250-£300/day (Inside IR35). This role will be hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support for the effective delivery of the project, including supporting project administrative functions, meeting scheduling, document and data management, assisting in change management and communication activity, and other administrative support as required during the project.
- Able to work at pace, be flexible and act in an efficient, effective and proactive manner to support the project team.
- Follows best practice and procedures when recording meetings and the data storage and access to meeting recordings.
- Uses inquiry skills and questioning techniques to get at root causes of issues.
- Communicates clearly, uses judgement and builds rapport, to provide advice and deal with project customers and key stakeholder groups with clarity.
- Aware of procedures for managing customer information and data - including how to collect, retrieve, supply, retain, record, and dispose.
- Identify the actions to take if gaps, errors or irregularities in information and data management occur.
- Understands own authority to make and confirm decisions, and when to escalate, refer to others, and report issues and risks.

- Previous experience within a similar PMO role and demonstratable success.
- Requires attention to detail, and excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills.
- Evidence of effectively balancing competing project and programme priorities.
