About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive Project Support Coordinator to join their remote team on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for graduates, parents returning to work, students, administrators, and professionals seeking flexible working arrangements.

You'll support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating schedules, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Record meeting minutes and track action points.
  • Update project plans and monitor project milestones.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Maintain project documentation and digital records.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with project administration and reporting.
  • Provide general business support to the project team.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
  • Previous administration, customer service, office support, or project administration experience is beneficial.
  • No previous project management experience required – full training provided.
