Project Support Officer

We may just have your ideal role! We're about to embark on replacing our social care case management system affecting almost 3,000 employees. It is a substantial project and will require significant engagement from services across the county. We're looking for Support Officers to join our motivated, forward-thinking project team.

This post is fixed term until 30th April 2027

You will support the delivery of our new system (Liquidlogic) either by assisting in the co-ordination of training, guidance and communications or by providing direct user support via our helpdesk.

Some of the tasks you might undertake as part of the role: Support the Business Readiness Workstream Leads with the creation and distribution of project communications to system users including staff, health and education partners and members of the public. Assist the Business Readiness Workstream Leads to develop, configure and roll-out a new eLearning system and monitor usage. Co-ordinate meetings, workshops and events including room bookings, attendance and related correspondence. Develop clear and professional guidance documentation to support users and change champions adapt to the new ways of working. Provide reliable and consistent support to users on-site or via the helpdesk, e.g. answering routine telephone and email requests investigating and resolving issues signposting users to available guidance maintaining accurate call records. escalating issues where appropriate Complete tasks assigned from the project plan by the workstream leads accurately and within required timescales.
