Administration/Business Support Team Member (Fixed Term) – REF/TP/59301/14814
Salary: £29,167 - £30,934 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term (Full Time) – Until 31st March 2027
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Active in Kent & Medway Primary base at Worrall House, 30 Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent (with required travel across Kent & Medway) Flexible hours and hybrid working available (office/remote options NB).
About the Role: Admin/Business Support professional required for a varied, essential role within an ambition service team.

- Administrative support across operations
- Briefing/co-ordinating team's day-to-day tasks
- Manages correspondence and scheduling
- Q&A liaison (including offsite domestic and commercial visits)
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills, including secretarial experience
- Aptitude to develop and manage procedures processes
- Ability to adapt to evolving demands
- Effective communicator with sudden task priorities
