About The Role

Inizio Medical is growing, and we are excited to be building a dedicated team of Project Support Specialists based in the Philippines. In this role, you will work closely with our global teams across Inizio Medical, including ApotheCom, Nucleus Global, and Ashfield MedComms, in the US, UK, EU, and South Africa. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical communications projects in the pharmaceutical industry while gaining exposure to an international working environment.

At Inizio Medical, we combine science, creativity, and innovation to deliver impactful medical affairs strategies and communications for leading healthcare companies. By bringing clarity to complex data, we create meaningful medical education and communication materials supported by advanced analytics and AI. Our people are central to our success, and attracting new talent is key to our continued growth.

We are looking for highly organised Project Support Specialists to support the delivery of client projects from setup through to completion. This is a varied, fast-paced role that combines project operations, financial coordination, and publications management. It will suit someone with experience working in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or a similar organisation who is interested in developing their career in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
