🌟 Project Surveyor – West Midlands 🌟
We're excited to be hiring a Project Surveyor to join our WPS business in the West Midlands! If you're commercially driven, enjoy working collaboratively, and want to play a key role in delivering successful, safe and high-quality projects, this could be the perfect next step for you 🙌💙
💼 What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our commercial team, you'll lead on pre- and post-contract strategy, ensuring our commercial processes run smoothly and deliver maximum value across each project.
Your Role Will Include
- Managing subcontract procurement, measurement, valuation and contractual processes
- Supporting strong Health & Safety standards through regular reviews and compliance checks
- Leading valuations, cashflow management and monthly reporting (CVRs, procurement & progress updates)
- Working closely with project teams to optimise procurement, production, and commercial outcomes
- Building positive relationships with clients, consultants and wider stakeholders 🤝
- Supporting and developing commercial team capability and performance

🎓 What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
- Knowledge of construction methods, measurement & valuation
- Experience with subcontract procurement and NEC contracts (preferred)
- Strong commercial and financial skills, with the ability to drive cost control and value recovery
- Confidence building relationships across clients, PQS, design teams and supply chain
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
