Are you a Project Surveyor looking to work on ambitious, innovative construction projects that change lives?
We seek experienced Project Surveyors to join our London team, supporting high-profile clients across Commercial, Residential, Life Science, Corporate End-User, and Social Infrastructure. Your role will emphasise delivering comprehensive, accurate, and value-driven cost management for projects worth £5m to £500m.

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
As part of our Client-focused, high-performing team, the Project Surveyor will:
- Lead Cost Management commissions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Support graduates and apprentices through mentorship and guidance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and project teams.
- Manage cost management outputs against agreed deadlines and standards.
- Provide full-service Cost Management to AECOM’s clients.

- Digital proficiency with measurement, cost planning, and tender analysis tools

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management
- Proven experience in consulting delivering full-spectrum Cost Management services:
- Pre-contract estimating
- Procurement strategies
- Contract administration
- Cost reporting and final account resolution
- Deep understanding of JCT and NEC standard contracts
- Ability to advise on cost, value, and risk beyond cost-centric thinking alone
- Strong IT and digital tool usage

Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered status (e.g., RICS, CIOB or equivalent)
- Active participation in professional networking groups
