Project Worker - Young People

Codi Group

Codi is a not-for-profit with a big heart and an even bigger mission. As Wales’ largest provider of housing, care, and support, we’re here to help people live well, feel supported, and rise to their full potential.

Every day, our teams support nearly 17,000 individuals across Wales with services that make a real and uplifting difference to their everyday lives.

Our name says it all: ‘Codi’ means rise in Welsh. It reflects who we are, where we come from, and our ambition to lift expectations, lift communities, and lift each other.

About the Role

Working as part of a team, you will provide housing-related support to equip our young people with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to live independent lives. You will also create opportunities that build their confidence in accessing services, education, and gaining the skills and knowledge needed to prepare for their transition into adolescence.

This is a challenging role, and you will be faced with complex behaviours and needs, including substance misuse, mental health, and offending behaviour. You will have the skills to adapt your approach to engage with the young people to ensure that they feel heard and supported.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
