Projects Administrator

We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a brand-new Project Administrator based in Derby.
About the role:
The Project Manager is a brand-new role due to growth of a customer account in the Defence sector.
Reporting to the Project Engineer, we’re looking for someone who has excellent administrative experience, highly organised with the ability to communicate across a range of stakeholder groups.
You’ll be hot on using a range of systems along with Excel and other Microsoft 360 suite of products.

We’re looking for someone who is a fast learner and who goes the extra mile for the customer.
Experience working with engineering consumables and critical spares is preferred (but not essential) along with a background from a similar industry; manufacturing, machinery engineering or MRO.

- Experienced Administrator
- Excellent project management skills; highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong communications skills.
- Confident in approach.
- Highly articulate and strong attention to detail
- Goes the extra mile for the customer
