Projects and Events Executive

Birdcage Walk, London (with hybrid working)

About the role

We are now looking for a Projects and Events Executive to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Projects and Events Executive, you will manage the operational delivery of a diverse portfolio of events, competitions, webinars, and hybrid activities.

You will take ownership of the full event lifecycle, managing logistics, budgets, suppliers, venues, and stakeholder communications while delivering an outstanding experience for participants.

Acting as the main point of contact throughout each project, you will oversee on-site delivery, manage sponsor fulfillment, and ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Additionally, you will:

  • Manage venue and supplier relationships
  • Coordinate event materials before, during, and after each event
  • Organize committee meetings, agendas, and minutes
  • Compile joining instructions and customer communications
  • Submit invoices and request cost reports
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
  • Record and report event data and performance metrics

About You

To be considered as a Projects and Events Executive, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years’ event operations experience, with demonstrable end-to-end event operations experience
  • The ability to get the best rates from suppliers
  • To be a proven creative thinker, with a solid, solutions-driven attitude
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization skills
  • To be customer-focused
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • The willingness to undertake regular travel, with frequent overnight stays
