Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead and support key cross-functional projects at BritBox International, cutting across multiple business functions including Product, Technology, Data, Editorial, and Strategy (among others). You will act as the glue responsible for keeping projects on track, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring momentum. In addition, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering strategic communications across the business. This includes working closely with senior stakeholders to develop clear, compelling narratives and materials for company-wide forums, executive audiences, and key internal initiatives. Responsibilities: We are looking for an intern who will play an important role in shaping and delivering key initiatives, combining strong project management discipline with a strategic communications mindset. You will support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes. You will contribute to the development of strategic communications, including leadership updates, company-wide meetings, and priority initiatives, ensuring messages are clear, coherent, and aligned with business goals. You will help translate complex initiatives and data into concise, high-quality materials and presentations tailored to different stakeholder groups. You will actively track progress, identify risks and issues, and support problem-solving to keep projects and communications on track. You will help maintain and evolve the Delivery Team project roadmap, ensuring clear visibility of priorities, dependencies, and progress across initiatives, and supporting effective communication of delivery status to senior stakeholders. We are a small agile team so the successful candidate would be expected to be flexible to work on projects pending the business need, be willing to muck in whatever the task and have a no job is too big/too small attitude. Knowledge and Experience We are seeking a collaborative, driven, and detail-oriented individual who can bring structure, energy, and strategic thinking to our business challenges.

We are looking for someone who; Is passionate about the media & entertainment industry and eager to contribute to a growing streaming platform. Prior experience in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Is excellent at quickly pulling together impactful slides for a variety of audiences. Is a strong team player who fosters collaboration across multiple functional areas. Is willing to take on a variety of tasks to ensure project success. Zero ego and a no job is too small / too big attitude Is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Is a great communicator, able to engage with stakeholders and drive alignment across teams. Enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment, balancing agility with structure and is naturally a collaborative team player. Is comfortable working with Excel and translating complex messages into a clear narrative. Experience in Management Consulting and Internal Comms a plus.
