About Us:

The Clapham Grand is one of London’s last remaining Victorian variety halls, proudly independent & inclusive and totally committed to joy. Our programme is as eclectic as our audience; comedy icons, club classics, cult film screenings, live music legends, drag & cabaret stars and more. We’re here to bring people together for unforgettable nights out, and our team is a huge part of the magic.

We're an independent venue with a packed calendar of live music, comedy, club nights, drag, podcasts, film screenings, theatre and one-off events. No two weeks are the same, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is genuinely excited by creating campaigns that sell tickets.

About You:

You are organised and results-driven, able to confidently create and run multiple advertising strategies across all forms of digital, specialising but not limited to the meta platforms. Your focus will be on driving ticket sales & attendance for our inhouse productions whilst offering support to our external promoters.

This is a high paced role, with your initial primary focus being ownership of our paid digital marketing. You'll need experience within the Meta ad suite, and in creating strategies to maximise ticket sales and be confident managing multiple campaigns with quick turnarounds. You are driven by increasing attendance at our events, growing our audiences & selling tickets, but you also understand that this is an independent venue and personality is everything. Creativity in both content and strategy is key for success

Outside of owning our promotion across our digital platforms, you'll have excellent communication skills to help our external promoters with promotional support for their shows, whilst engaging and growing our networks across local businesses and community groups. You’ll be making people fall in love with us from all avenues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
