Properties and FM Administrator
Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh's Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London's West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham's.
Role Overview
The Properties and FM Administrator will support the Properties and Facilities team in delivering a professional, efficient, and well-organised service across all theatres. The Properties and Projects team oversee and deliver maintenance, compliance and projects across all assets, you will take ownership of administrative processes, ensuring our CAFM system, records, and compliance documentation remain accurate and up to date.

Key Requirements
- Previous knowledge and experience of using and managing CAFM systems.
- Strong IT skills and knowledge, with high proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
