We're working with a well-established independent property business in Bexley, Kent seeking a Property Accounts Administrator to support their Property Manager with all aspects of landlord accounting and payments.

- Processing landlord payments
- Client account reconciliations
- Handling rental transactions and account queries
- Working closely with the Property Manager
- Ensuring compliance with client money procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience within Lettings and Property Management Accounts is essential
- Experience using Alto Accounts is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
- Immediate start available
