**About the Role: Property Manager
As a Property Manager at Signature Properties, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, playing a crucial role in maintaining the success of our business. Your skills in organisation, attention to detail, and professional relationship-building will ensure we continue to deliver the best possible services for our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of the property portfolio
- Handle deposit returns and closing accounts
- Manage the renewal of AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) Agreements
- Maintain and update our online property database
- Chase outstanding rental income
- Issue relevant notices (e.g., tenancy-related, possession)
- Assist with implementing legislation changes in property law
- Support the audit process for the portfolio

Industry-Specific Knowledge
- Awareness of property management processes and relevant legislation
- Revenue-first mentality, with a focus on maintaining high income streams
Essential:
- Full and clean driving licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle, as fieldwork is a core duty
