Property Administrator (12-Month FTC) 📍 West Hampstead | 🏠 Hybrid Working (1 Day WFH) | 💷 £28,000 – £32,000
We are working with a well-established property development and investment company based in West Hampstead who are looking to recruit a Property Administrator on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with a very strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.
The Role
You'll provide administrative support across property management, maintenance coordination and accounts, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing maintenance jobs, invoices and contractor coordination
- Handling property management enquiries and day-to-day lettings administration
- Maintaining systems, records and documentation
- Carrying out periodic property inspections
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Processing invoices and preparing payments
- Credit control and chasing outstanding balances
- Assisting with reporting and general office administration

About You
- Previous property administration experience essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with financial and administrative processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Package
- ✅ £28,000 – £32,000 salary
- ✅ Hybrid working (1 day from home)
- ✅ Flexible working hours (9:00am – 5:30pm core hours)
