Property Administrator – Southfields – £30,000 to £35,000 Dependant on Experience
My client, a successful multi-branch Real Estate Agent specialising in high-end properties in SW London, are seeking a motivated property administrator to join their family feel office in Southfields.
In this role you will be predominantly supporting the Sales team and providing additional support where needed to the lettings team. You will be organised and driven with fantastic customer service skills to provide excellent front of house services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing property administrator to join an established team with a vibrant culture, where you will be provided with fantastic training and exposed to many different aspects within an Estate Agency.
REAPIT Experience would be highly desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle inquiries from buyers
- Support the sales team with their administration; assisting in the preparation of sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and property listings.
- Maintaining an organised database of properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support client onboarding processes and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations for the sales process.
- Support the lettings team where needed; handling the tenancy onboarding process; preparing tenancy agreements, conduct reference checks, and assist with the processes involved in both the start of new tenancies and the end of existing ones.
- Handle tenant queries and concerns effectively, providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing incoming correspondence

Required skills and expertise:

- Previous property administration experience required, ideally within Sales Administration
- Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and procedures including AML
- Reapit experience would be highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Packages
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
Location: Southfields
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, One Saturday every 3 months
