Our well established and growing client based in St Albans are looking for a Property Administrator.
This is a very busy role within a fast paced environment, no day is ever the same and you will be in a close knit, friendly and supportive team!
What’s in it for you?:
- Salary: up to £28k depending on experience
- Hours: 0845 – 1715 and 0845 – 1800 - alternative shifts (Monday to Friday).
- Hybrid working after probation

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls to the Block Management team
- Issuing basic communications
- Arranging for keys to be cut
- Assisting with printing, envelope stuffing, and postal duties
- Handling ad-hoc, straightforward leaseholder enquires
- Liaising with contractors — including raising work orders, following up on quote requests, saving inspection/service reports, and updating tickets.
- Assisting with AGM preparation, including sending invitations, compiling meeting packs, and booking venues
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes.
- Assisting the Property Managers as required.

What The Employer Is Looking For
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
- A proactive and professional approach to client interactions.
