SALARY BASED UPON AGE AND EXPERIENCE

Full-Time Lettings Property Advisor

(Full Clean Driving licence and own car required)

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our busy lettings department. This is a full-time position offering a varied role within our team.

Requirements:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Use of own vehicle

Hours:

  • Full time (Monday to Thursday - 9am - 5.30pm, Fridays - 9am - 5pm & every other Saturday 9am - 1pm)

Experience:

Previous experience in lettings, property management or administration is desirable however full training will be provided for the right candidate.

About the Role:

Every day is different in our busy lettings department. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including (but not limited to):

  • General office and front-of-house duties
  • Conducting property viewings for prospective tenants
  • Carrying out detailed routine property inspections
  • Reporting and coordinating property maintenance with landlords, contractors and tenants
  • Organising legal safety certificates and compliance documentation
  • Hand-delivering legal notices to properties when required
  • Completing detailed inventory reports and exit inspections for bond purposes
  • Answering calls and responding to general enquiries
  • Assisting with tenancy applications, drafting contracts and supporting the lettings process
