Property Alterations Officer
We're excited to be looking for a Property Alterations Officer to join our team where you'll provide full and effective administration support to make sure the effective management of all areas within the Abri Permissions and Alterations team.
You'll work manage, investigate and respond to all requests and enquiries received from customers, the business and stakeholders, which could include permissions, major and minor adaptions and Disabled Facilities Grant.
You’ll work collaboratively with a diverse range of customers and external organisations, making sure adherence to relevant statutory legislation and internal policies and procedures.
We’re looking for someone with a strong communication and interpersonal skills, possess knowledge of building regulations and property standards and have a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Previous experience in property management or alterations is a plus!

You'll be working from our Yeovil office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
