We're looking for a Property & Estates Manager to join our growing Property Team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious property professional looking to broaden their experience across the full property lifecycle. From estates management and acquisitions to new restaurant openings and property projects, you'll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of Flat Iron while developing your own career along the way.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in commercial property, estates management or within a multi-site retail or hospitality business.
  • A commercially minded and analytical approach, with the ability to use data and insight to support property and business decisions.
  • Someone who is highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • A confident relationship builder who enjoys working collaboratively with landlords, consultants and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial leases, service charges and property administration, with excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  • A solutions-focused individual who takes ownership, enjoys improving processes and is excited to grow their career across the full property lifecycle.

Here's what you'll get up to:

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, overseeing lease events, rent reviews, service charges, licences and landlord relationships.
  • Support the growth of Flat Iron by contributing to new restaurant openings, coordinating property handovers, planning and licensing activities, and ensuring a smooth transition into operation.
  • Work alongside the Property Director to support future acquisitions through site visits, market research, feasibility studies and investment appraisals.
  • Keep our Property Team running smoothly by maintaining accurate property records, coordinating projects and continually improving systems, processes and governance.
  • Build strong relationships across Finance, Operations and external partners, using data and commercial insight to support decision making and drive value.
  • Play a key role in the continued growth of Flat Iron, gaining exposure across estates management, acquisitions, development projects and new restaurant openings.
