Job Title: Property and Facilities Coordinator

Salary: c. £34,000

Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Permanent

The National Farmers’ Union (NFU) is the biggest farming organisation in the UK. Purpose of the Role & How You Will Contribute

This role supports the smooth operation of property and facilities services at the NFU’s Headquarters in Stoneleigh and the portfolio of 44 properties through England and Wales.

  • You will organise Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) requirements for the property portfolio.
  • Thereafter, scrutinise reports and arrange works to remedy any remedial requirements identified.
  • You will monitor the facilities in-box and ensure timely processing of reactive maintenance requests from colleagues at HQ and tenants in the portfolio.
  • Being highly organised, you will maintain accurate records, arrange meetings, and coordinate essential services.
  • Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to a safe, well-managed, and productive working environment for all tenants, staff, and visitors.
