Role Description
The Property and New Business Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Draycott. This position is responsible for supporting the growth of the property portfolio by identifying and onboarding new holiday homes, engaging with property owners, and managing new business inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include assessing potential properties against company standards, coordinating documentation and contracts, and maintaining accurate records in business and property management systems. The coordinator will monitor performance metrics for new and existing properties, provide analytical insights to support decision-making, and collaborate with internal teams on pricing, finance, and marketing actions. Regular communication with owners, colleagues, and external partners is essential to ensure a smooth onboarding process and sustained high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong New Business Development and Business skills, with experience identifying opportunities and supporting portfolio growth.
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess property performance, interpret data, and contribute to commercially sound decisions.
- Foundational understanding of Finance, including revenue, costs, and basic budgeting or forecasting concepts.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with property owners, internal teams, and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, property management, or holiday rentals is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on-site.
- Comfort with digital tools and property or CRM systems; proficiency in common office software (e.g., Word, Excel, email).
- Education in business, hospitality, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
