Property And Operations Coordinator

Student Accommodation Operations Coordinator – Nottingham Location: Boulevard Wharf Student Accommodation, Nottingham Employment: Full-Time, Self-Employed Contractor Compensation: £33,600 per annum (£2,200–£2,500/month) + 10% commission on vending machine/coffee machine sales


About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive, people-focused Property & Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our student accommodation in Nottingham. This handheld role blends tenant relations, contractor coordination, and property administration.

You’ll:

  • Be the friendly, trusted first point of contact for residents with questions or concerns
  • Manage operational workflows, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes
  • Work closely with senior leadership, gaining autonomy and responsibility from day one.

Essential Requirements

  • 6–12 months’ experience in property management, student accommodation, lettings, hospitality, building operations, or tenant-facing roles
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Key Responsibilities

Tenant & Operational Support

  • Handle tenant enquiries and operational matters with professionalism
  • Coordinate maintenance, contractors, cleaners, and suppliers
  • Support resident move-ins/move-outs, deliveries, and parcel management

Retail & Administrative Tasks

  • Stock and maintain on-site vending machines and coffee machines
  • Maintain accurate records and complete digital administrative tasks

Operational Efficiency

  • Use property management software to streamline processes
  • Identify ways to boost resident satisfaction and efficiency
  • Make property visits as required
