Manchester | High-Growth Property Investment & Asset Management Firm
We're partnering with an ambitious, entrepreneurial property investment and asset management firm that has built an outstanding reputation for acquiring, repositioning, and managing high-profile commercial assets across the UK. With significant capital deployment and an expanding portfolio, the business is entering its next phase of growth and is looking to appoint a talented Property & Asset Management Surveyor to take ownership of a prestigious Manchester-based portfolio.

You'll work closely with senior decision-makers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, taking responsibility for maximising asset performance while helping shape the future of an exceptional property portfolio.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day property and asset management of a portfolio of high-profile commercial assets across Manchester, ensuring operational excellence while driving value creation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships across a premium commercial portfolio.
- Driving asset management initiatives to maximise income and enhance capital value.
- Overseeing lease events including rent reviews, lease renewals, regears, and negotiations.
- Working alongside external managing agents, consultants, and professional advisors.
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets and operational expenditure.
- Identifying value-add opportunities through refurbishment, leasing strategies, and active asset management.
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and wider investment initiatives where required.
- Producing asset performance reports and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance, risk management, and best practice across the portfolio.

About You
We're looking for an ambitious surveyor who enjoys working in a dynamic, commercially focused environment and wants to be part of a business experiencing exceptional growth.
You'll ideally have:
- MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification).
- Experience within commercial property management, asset management, or a combination of both.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership.
- The ability to build lasting relationships with occupiers, agents, and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
