The Opportunity
A unique chance to join one of the UK’s leading flexible workspace and office operators, managing a prestigious Central London office assets portfolio.
This role is far from traditional property management—you’ll sit at an interface of Property Management and Asset Management, influencing commercial building performance, enhancing occupier experience, and collaborating with internal teams to maximise property value.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high-quality commercial office portfolio in London
- Building strong relationships with occupiers, tenants, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting asset performance while identifying opportunities to boost income and value
- Overseeing service charges, budgets, and operational efficiency
- Collaborating with leasing and finance teams on strategic business planning
- Supporting landlord-tenant matters, lease renewals, and occupancy matters
- Driving elevated customer experience across the portfolio
- Contributing to operational improvements and business initiatives

About You
We’re looking for a commercial property professional with:
- Experience managing London office assets (a strong advantage)
- Exposure to landlord-tenant dynamics, service charges, and lease administration
- Proactive, commercially minded problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Ideally, the MRICS qualification (though not mandatory)
