Property Asset Manager (Client Side)
Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days office / 1 day home) Salary: Up to £50,000 (+ Bonus)
The Opportunity
Join one of the UK's most innovative office space operators, managing a portfolio of premium London office assets that are redefining the modern workplace.
This is far from a traditional property management role. Sitting between Property Management and Asset Management, you'll have the opportunity to influence how buildings perform commercially, enhance occupier experience and work closely with internal stakeholders to maximise the value of an impressive Central London portfolio.
The business has redefined what the modern workplace looks like, creating beautifully designed, hospitality-led workspaces where businesses can thrive. Backed by major institutional investment, they continue to grow while investing heavily in technology, sustainability, and innovation. If you're looking for a role where you can move beyond day-to-day property management and gain genuine commercial asset management exposure, this is an excellent platform.
The Role
Working across a portfolio of predominantly London office assets, you’ll be responsible for ensuring properties operate efficiently and identifying opportunities to improve performance and enhance value. You’ll work closely with operational teams, finance, leasing, and senior leadership, giving you broad exposure across the business and a genuine opportunity to develop your asset management skills.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
