Exciting Opportunity: Property Assistant in Whitby

We’re looking for a Property Assistant to join our regional operations team in Whitby. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleaning standards across a defined geographic area, ensuring our holiday homes consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Our Managed Service

Our managed service takes the stress away from letting out a holiday home — covering cleaning, maintenance, and guest readiness — so our homeowners can relax knowing everything is taken care of. As Property Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making that promise a reality.

Your Mission

As our new Property Assistant, your mission is to safeguard and elevate cleanliness standards across our portfolio in and around Whitby. Working closely with our Regional Operations Manager and third-party cleaning partners, you’ll ensure every property is guest-ready, meets our brand expectations, and reflects our commitment to delighting both owners and guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and deliver high cleaning standards across your assigned property portfolio
  • Collaborate with third-party cleaning teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance the guest experience
  • Partner with property owners to recommend and support property improvements
  • Analyse performance data to drive quality, cost, and process improvements
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supply of cleaning partners to meet current and future demand

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy being out and about, working with local partners, and taking pride in maintaining high standards. You’re someone who spots details others might miss and uses both data and initiative to solve problems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
