Shropshire Council
As Property Business Partner, you will support the Assets Manager in delivering the Council’s Asset Management Strategy, working as a key member of the property management and development team to drive high quality, data informed asset planning.
- Collaborate with service areas and fellow property business partners to develop, manage, and implement asset management processes
- Identify opportunities for rationalisation, development, efficiencies, innovation, and commercial growth across the Council’s land and property portfolio
- Undertake service asset management plans
- Provide professional advice and challenge on future property requirements
- Work closely with senior management teams to embed the Asset Management Framework
