Love negotiating deals more than chasing listings? If so, this Property Buying Sales Negotiator position is stand out. Join a high-performing property business where you'll combine warm inbound opportunities with proactive deal sourcing, giving you everything you need to maximise your earnings and build an exceptional pipeline.

The Package

  • Up to £40,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped OTE £80,000 - £100,000+
  • Warm inbound enquiries with no cold prospecting
  • High-volume, fast-paced deal environment
  • Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am - 1:00pm)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

The Company & Role Purpose

Join a successful and expanding property business that's redefining the way residential property is bought. As Property Buying Sales Negotiator, rather than competing for listings, you'll work with motivated homeowners who have already made the decision to explore selling, while also identifying and sourcing new acquisition opportunities where commercial potential exists. You'll focus on what you do best: spotting opportunity, negotiating, advising and getting deals over the line.

This is an ideal move for an experienced estate agency professional who thrives on commercial conversations, enjoys assessing opportunities and wants to maximise their earnings without spending their days prospecting or conducting back-to-back viewings.

The Person

  • Has experience within residential sales perhaps working as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Valuer, Senior Negotiator or similar front line sales experience, ideally within the residential secondary market.
  • Has a strong understanding of property values and residential sales
  • Is commercially minded and confident negotiating pricing and deals
  • Builds trust and credibility quickly with vendors
  • Enjoys working in a target-driven, high-performance sales environment
  • Is motivated by uncapped earnings and high-volume opportunities
  • Has property buying, acquisitions or investment experience (advantageous but not essential)

The Property Buying Sales Negotiator Role

  • Manage warm inbound enquiries from motivated property sellers
  • Proactively source additional off-market property opportunities and identify potential acquisition deals
  • Conduct desktop property appraisals and assess acquisition opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales journey
  • Negotiate purchase terms and agree mutually beneficial deals
  • Progress opportunities through to completion in a fast-moving environment
  • Consistently convert enquiries into completed property acquisitions
  • Work closely with colleagues to maximise deal flow and commercial performance
