Property Care Planner/Administrator – Internal Delivery Administration Team

About the Role
You’ll be at the heart of our internal delivery, ensuring everything is coordinated, efficient, and customer-focused:
- Plan and manage operatives’ diaries across our entire geography
- Adapt quickly to changes, keeping schedules on track and works running smoothly
- Play a key role in coordinating surveys and planned works from start to finish
- Act as a friendly point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and supported
- Ensure seamless behind-the-scenes coordination – from materials and orders to keeping systems accurate and up to date
