Property Claims Adjuster, UK
About the role As a Property Claims Adjuster at Reserv, you'll manage a portfolio of property claims from first notification through to settlement, working across a mix of MGAs, carriers, and self-insureds. You'll own your claims end-to-end — investigating losses, setting reserves, making coverage decisions, and delivering a genuinely great experience to policyholders and brokers alike.
This isn't your average TPA role. Reserv's AI-powered tools take care of the admin so you can focus on the work that actually matters. You'll be part of a remote-first team that moves fast, thinks differently, and actively listens when adjusters say things could be done better.
What you'll do Manage property claims end-to-end, from first notification of loss through to settlement Built and maintain high-quality relationships with stakeholders, brokers, and policyholders, consistently meeting the service standards our clients expect Prioritise and organise a varied caseload, working within system driven SLAs and workflows to keep claims moving efficiently Communicate clearly and professionally - whether that's a coverage letter, a call with a claimant, or an update to a client adapt quickly in a past-paced enviroment

Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims in all or any of the following: Commercial Personal Agriculture Business Interruption knowledge would be advantageous Claims authority of £25,000 or more in current role Awareness of current UK trends associated with Insurance and the wider market impacts Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data and make sound decisions based on established guidelines, policies, and procedures Curious and motivated by problem solving and questioning the status quo Desire to engage in learning opportunities and continuous professional development Willingness to travel for client and claims needs
