Property Co-ordinator
Property Officer (Asset Management & Repossession Support)
This exciting opportunity is tailored for a letting/sales agent, property graduate (whether pursuing or already working towards their APC), property/asset manager, or anyone with a passionate attitude, a desire to grow, and a positive work ethic.
We seek an aspiring property enthusiast to join our dynamic team, which manages a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the UK. If you have the drive and energy to thrive in a collaborative environment and gain practical, hands-on experience in maximising property value—including execution and disposal—we want to hear from you.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management of a property portfolio, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of asset handling. Key duties include:

Coordinating repossession operations:
- Managing bailiffs, estate agents, insurance providers, cleaning and security measures.
- Overseeing the end-to-end repossession process.

Maintenance & statutory compliance:
- Arranging repairs, maintenance, and statutory inspections (fire risk assessments, asbestos management, EPCs, EICRs, gas safety) within agreed timelines.
- Monitoring contractor performance and processing work orders efficiently.

Record-keeping & administration:
- Collating and maintaining accurate property records, tenancy agreements, and compliance documentation.
- Assisting with budgeting, invoice processing, and expenditure tracking.

Valuation and disposition support:
- Coordinating agent valuations, reviewing terms and conditions, and maintaining action logs.
- Supporting property dispositions—including instructing lawyers on legal documentation and guiding deal progression.

Reporting & analysis:
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and management information for senior leadership.

Stakeholder engagement:
- Building positive, professional relationships with clients, estate agents, solicitors, receivers, and contractors.

General support:
- Undertaking administrative tasks to enhance lifecycle management processes for the Asset Management Team.
Skills & Competencies
N.B.: Experience in property management, real estate, or asset administration is valued but not strictly required.
Essential
- Strong organisational skills with exacting time management and prioritisation.
- High attention to detail—essential for accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel, Outlook). Intermediate to advanced skills advised.
- Customer-focused mindset with exemplary interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Problem-solving ability—quick thinking under pressure.
- Adaptability in dynamic environments and willingness to engage in continuous learning.
- Commercial awareness with a strong customer service ethos.
Desired
- Understanding of UK landlord/tenant legislation (compliance-side preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of residential and commercial property cycles.
- Apathy towards professional certification (e.g., starting or at APC level, RICS qualification path).
