Property Co-ordinator
Role Overview You’ll support the Property team by coordinating operations, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders (legal professionals, engineers, project teams, contractors), and ensuring smooth workflows across property-related activities.

- Competitive salary: £30,424–£33,323

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with external solicitors and property experts on legal notices/agreements
- Manage relationships with landlords/agents, resolving queries and ensuring service excellence
- Process rent, leases, and payments while maintaining accurate records
- Generate financial reports, track income/expenditure, and evaluate contract performance
- Assist in emergency planning, allocating roles and responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including:
- Updating property databases
- Maintaining rent registers
- Raising/paying invoices and managing reconciliations
- Coordinate team logistics (meetings, travel) and drive process improvements

Essential Requirements
- Strong administrative/organisational skills
- Experience in property, facilities, or surveying-support roles (or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital record-keeping
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- Minimum 2 A Levels (or equivalent)
Desirable Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence
- Qualification or experience in workplace/facilities management
- Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Oracle)
