Property Compliance Intelligence Officer

Salary: £37,677 per annum
Location: Flexible - able to travel across our operating region

The Vacancy

We’re looking for a detail-driven and analytical Property Compliance Intelligence Officer to play a pivotal role in safeguarding resident safety and ensuring regulatory excellence.

Working closely with the Property Compliance Manager, you’ll help deliver a robust, data-led compliance assurance framework, ensuring that our systems, data, and reporting provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights. Your work will directly support decision-making, enable early identification of risks, and drive continuous improvement across all compliance workstreams.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement in a role that truly makes a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

Data & Assurance

  • Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of compliance data across systems
  • Conducting data validation, audits, and quality assurance checks
  • Identifying inconsistencies and implement solutions to prevent recurrence

Reporting & Insights

  • Producing high-quality reports and dashboards for leadership and regulators
  • Analysing performance against statutory targets (e.g. gas safety compliance)
  • Identifying trends, risks, and areas for improvement, translating data into meaningful insight

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Acting as a key contact for compliance systems, supporting users and promoting best practice
  • Working with IT and system providers to enhance functionality, reporting, and integration
  • Mapping and reviewing processes, identifying inefficiencies and strengthening controls

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
