- Base Salary: £32,050 pa to c.£37,700 pa (dependent on skills and experience)

About the Role
As a Property Compliance Officer at HS2 Ltd, you’ll support the Delivery Manager – Property Management with the governance and reporting of compliance in our managed property portfolio, ensuring health, safety, security, and environmental standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in all work, complying with organisational policies.
- Contribute to best-in-class management of the let property portfolio.
- Ensure property compliance is consistently delivered to high standards, including:
- Engaging with property management suppliers to improve delivery and reporting.
- Reporting to senior HS2 Ltd colleagues and DfT members on health and safety compliance.
- Collaborating with Senior Property Management Surveyors to develop strategies for complex or costly compliance issues.
- Contributing to portfolio programme management and performance.
- Adhere to HS2 Ltd’s Health and Safety policies.

About You
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Planning, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
- Clear, professional communication (both external and internal)
- Stakeholder management
- Working knowledge of standard office IT and filing systems
- Understanding of legal frameworks for public bodies
- Knowledge of property management and compliance principles
Required Experience
- Managing property records and generating compliance reports
- Experience in a property casework environment
- Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Writing policies, procedures, and best practice guides
