Property Consultant – New Homes & Off-Plan Sales

Banke International Properties is expanding its London team and is seeking experienced Property Consultants to join our Mayfair office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with premium new-build developments, international investors, and a rapidly growing global real estate brokerage.

The Role
As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for advising buyers and investors on new homes, off-plan developments, and residential opportunities across London and key UK markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Managing the sales process from enquiry through to completion
- Promoting premium new-build and off-plan developments
- Collaborating closely with developers on launches and sales initiatives
- Partnering with colleagues across our international offices
- Delivering exceptional client service while achieving sales targets
- Developing long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential real estate, new homes, or off-plan sales
- A proven track record of closing transactions and generating business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A professional, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
- A passion for property, investment, and client service
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
