Whether you're looking to start or further your career in estate agency, or you're an experienced property professional seeking your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building a successful career within the property industry.
For those new to estate agency, previous experience isn't essential. If you have a background in sales, customer service or hospitality and possess the right attitude, work ethic and drive to succeed, we will provide the training and support you need through our structured development programme.
For more experienced candidates, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful market leading branch where you can utilise your existing estate agency knowledge, develop client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
At Beresfords, our people are at the heart of everything we do. That's why we've created an extensive rewards and benefits package to recognise and reward our teams. From an additional day off for your birthday and our monthly "Do Good" fund for team treats and outings, to Room68—our dedicated training and development facility—plus quarterly rewards meetings and much more, we invest in our people every step of the way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
