About The Role

About the BI & Data Storytelling team

Responsible for transforming data, analysis, and AI outputs into visually engaging and actionable insights. These outputs are created for clients across multiple sectors and industries to improve business and marketing performance.

This is a varied role in a high-performing and high-profile team that plays a crucial role in delivering on CACI’s mission of “doing amazing things with data” by helping the brands we work with turn data and analysis into actionable insights.

About The Role

This role sits within CACI’s BI & Data Storytelling team, where research, data, and insight come together to drive real-world decisions. You’ll lead the delivery of primary research projects from end to end, working with clients to design robust research approaches and translating business questions into effective methodologies.

Beyond delivery, you’ll play a key role in evolving how we do research—bringing fresh thinking, new methodologies, and integrating research with wider data and analytics outputs.

What makes this role different

  • Work sits alongside data scientists, analysts, and BI specialists
  • Research feeds directly into client dashboards, segmentation, and strategic recommendations
  • Opportunity to develop beyond research into insight, storytelling, and consulting

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
