The Arch Company is looking for a Property Counsel to join its growing legal team, supporting one of the UK's most unique and diverse commercial property portfolios.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded real estate lawyer to move beyond traditional private practice, working closely with asset managers, leasing teams and senior stakeholders to deliver practical legal advice that directly shapes the business.

Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing
- Drafting, negotiating and completing a wide range of commercial leases and other transactional property documentation
- Managing lease renewals, including matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Conducting title investigations and handling HM Land Registry matters
- Advising on day-to-day property legal queries across the business
- Supporting a busy, high-volume leasing function while helping develop paralegals
- Working alongside senior colleagues and external counsel on more complex property matters where required
