W Talent Property & Real Estate is delighted to be partnering exclusively with Medivet & Partner in the appointment of a Property Director, a pivotal executive leadership role reporting directly to UK CEO, Ben Jacklin.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the Property Director will lead the Property, Estates, Projects and Facilities functions, shaping the future of Medivet's estate strategy, driving portfolio performance and developing scalable property formats that will support the next phase of the company's ambitious growth plans.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team, you will be responsible for leading and developing Medivet's Property, Estates and Facilities functions across a large and complex multi-site portfolio.

You will provide strategic leadership to a high-performing team, creating the structure, capability and culture required to support Medivet's next phase of growth, while ensuring the estate remains fit for purpose, scalable, financially effective and aligned to the organisation's long-term ambitions. Beyond managing the existing portfolio, the successful candidate will help define the future of Medivet's physical estate, ensuring practices, hospitals and clinical facilities provide the best possible environment for colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care. This includes developing innovative property formats, location strategies and delivery models that enhance clinical capability, improve client experience and create a scalable platform for future growth.
The Candidate
We are seeking an accomplished property executive with experience operating within a large, multi-site environment and a track record of delivering significant growth of a property portfolio.
The successful candidate will bring:
- A proven track record leading large-scale property portfolios, likely in the Retail, Hospitality or Healthcare sectors.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing property, estates or real estate teams
- Strong acquisition, development and asset management expertise
- Outstanding commercial acumen
- The credibility to influence at executive and board level
- Experience balancing strategic planning with operational delivery
- The ability to inspire, influence and align multidisciplinary stakeholders around a common vision
- Experience building organisational capability within a growing, multi-site business
- An ability to drive change within a fast-paced growth environment

For the incoming Property Director, this role creates a unique opportunity to shape not only a substantial property portfolio, but also the environments in which thousands of veterinary professionals deliver care every day. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Medivet's mission to provide exceptional care to pets while creating a sustainable platform for future growth.
This role offers an attractive salary with Director level benefits. Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, with regular travel to the Head Office in Watford.
