Property Director
🏛️ Property Director | Multi-Site Hospitality | UK
£Six-figure package, commensurate with experience
After many years of loyal service, a long-standing leader is heading for imminent retirement - and that opens a rare door.
I'm partnering, on a retained and strictly confidential basis, with a fast-growing, institutionally-backed hospitality group to find their next Property Director. This is the strategic property and capital lead for a sizeable UK portfolio - and it's a build, not a babysit.
What makes it worth a conversation 👇
- Own the capital strategy for a large, multi-owner estate
- Shape the future property function - you're not inheriting someone else's blueprint
- Direct exposure to sophisticated institutional owners
- Real room to drive the energy & sustainability agenda
- A culture that actually values its people and rewards delivery

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The remit:

You'll likely be 🎯
- A commercially sharp leader with a track record on large-scale capital delivery.
- Financially fluent, comfortable in front of owners, strong on building legislation and tender governance.
- Hotels experience is welcome - but I'm equally keen on exceptional operators from other multi-site worlds (leisure, retail, healthcare, professional practice).
