Property Education & Content Lead
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid model with Tues & Weds in the office) Reports to: Head of Events & Education
About the Role
Our vision is to give everyone the belief they can make their move. We aim to make moving simpler by providing tools, expertise, trust, and belief to turn challenges into opportunities.
As the go-to destination for millions navigating property decisions, Rightmove is home to the UK’s largest choice of properties, offering guidance, industry insights, and market trends.
We are seeking a brilliant content creator and confident presenter with a knack for turning insights into practical stories tailored for estate and letting agents. Property industry experience is essential, but this is more than a traditional training role.
You’ll be a key industry voice for Rightmove—equally at home:
- Writing and shaping high-impact content from data/insights
- Delivering presentations on stage, on camera, or in a room full of agents
- Inspiring action through engaging content, standout learning experiences, and training programmes
Working across our seminars, events, and training platforms, you’ll create content that doesn’t just inform—it drives business success and empowers agents to navigate change effectively.
Responsibilities
- Stay ahead of industry trends by identifying opportunities to support partners through challenges, changing consumer behaviour, and new legislation.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships—partnering with key industry bodies and internal/external influencers to shape content strategy and direction.
- Own Rightmove’s seminar programme—guiding its content, execution, and ongoing evolution.
- Develop, write, and deliver engaging training and qualification content, ensuring existing materials stay up-to-date and effective.
- Present dynamically, leading webinars and live events (both in-person and virtual) for partners, guests, and learning audiences.
- Source, brief, and manage guest speakers, including associated logistical and budgetary responsibilities.
- Drive innovation in educational experiences, championing new ideas that elevate the Rightmove brand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including brand design, social, PR, and marketing to enhance the partner experience.
- Work with guest speakers and teams to align messaging, ensure objectives are met, and maintain high standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
