Commercial Property Finance Broker – Complex Deals, Serious Clients, Serious Earnings

You’ll have access to internal mortgage referrals, introducer relationships and administrative support, allowing you to focus on structuring and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on commercial mortgages, bridging and development finance
  • Structure complex limited‑company and portfolio cases
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors and professional partners
  • Manage transactions from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Maintain strong compliance and documentation standards
  • Build long‑term relationships with repeat commercial clients

Employed Package

  • Basic Salary £30k + Commission Structure tiered up to 35%
  • 20 days holiday plus 1 extra day accumulated service up to 25 days
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • 1 WFH day once probation passed

  • Own introducer business, after introducer paid, net balance is split 50/50
  • Protection referred 10%

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in commercial mortgage advisory
  • Strong understanding of bridging, development and BTL finance
  • Confident working with high‑value, complex cases
  • Professional, consultative sales approach
  • Team‑oriented with strong communication skills
