What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reconciling rental payments with agent statements to ensure all transactions are reflected accurately against the accounts.
  • Ensuring invoices are VAT compliant and processed for payment in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with third parties via email and telephone to ensure relevant and accurate documentation received.
  • Lodging and releasing of tenant deposits, making relevant claims to the Deposit Protection Service where required.
  • Supporting the team to ensure all service level agreements are met.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Problem solving skills, identifying any areas for improvement.
  • A positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Computer literacy with an understanding of Microsoft packages such as Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure.

Working Pattern

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (hybrid role) - Office presence required on a Wednesday
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Working Hours: 9:30am – 2:30pm
