What You’ll Be Doing
- Reconciling rental payments with agent statements to ensure all transactions are reflected accurately against the accounts.
- Ensuring invoices are VAT compliant and processed for payment in a timely manner.
- Liaising with third parties via email and telephone to ensure relevant and accurate documentation received.
- Lodging and releasing of tenant deposits, making relevant claims to the Deposit Protection Service where required.
- Supporting the team to ensure all service level agreements are met.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Good attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills, identifying any areas for improvement.
- A positive and welcoming attitude.
- Computer literacy with an understanding of Microsoft packages such as Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure.

Working Pattern
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (hybrid role) - Office presence required on a Wednesday
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Working Hours: 9:30am – 2:30pm
