Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visit designated properties to conduct on-site photography (interior and exterior) and document the condition of the property.
  • Inspect and record the condition of furniture, appliances, and other facilities within the property.
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports based on provided templates (comprehensive training and sample reports will be provided).
  • Reports must include details such as the condition, quantity, and brand of items or facilities.
  • Submit high-quality, accurate reports within the required timeframe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Strong attention to detail with good observational and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using mobile phones or cameras for photography and organizing images.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills (for English-language reports).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word or other report-editing tools.
  • Prior experience in real estate, property inspection, or report writing is a plus.
  • Flexible working hours, especially from late August to early September.
  • Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) depending on workload.
