Location: Remote (Worldwide)

Compensation: Commission + Salary (upon KPIs)

About Us

Prosper Group is a real estate sales and marketing company working exclusively with premium property developers across multiple markets. We handle the full commercialisation of selected developments, from strategy to closing, giving our advisors access to a curated pipeline of high-quality opportunities and qualified leads.

About the Role

This role is to join our HNWI & Institutional Division, focused exclusively on high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

We're looking for ambitious, self-driven sales professionals who want to build a high-income career in international real estate.

This is a performance-driven opportunity for people who are hungry to learn, close deals, and earn without limits. From day one, you'll receive direct mentoring, access to qualified leads, and hands-on exposure to international investors and institutional partners. You'll start by supporting senior management, learning our sales process, attending client meetings, and developing the skills needed to become a top-performing Property Investment Advisor. As your experience grows, you'll progressively manage your own clients, close your own transactions, and build a long-term career within the company.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
