Property Investment Consultant
Welcome to Homesure, we’re known for making housing work. With our specialist focus on landlords and investment property, we’re here to help clients buy, sell, and grow their portfolios with confidence.
Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Investment Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located on Wavertree Business Village in Liverpool.
This is a high-energy, targeted role that will involve selling investment property, generating new business, and building strong relationships with landlords and investors to grow and retain our managed portfolio.

About the Role
It involves:
- Selling tenanted investment properties from one landlord to another.
- Selling vacant properties that require refurbishment.
- Working across multiple sales channels, including off-market landlord-to-landlord transactions, on-market listings, and auction sales.
- Generating new business through high-volume outbound calling and face-to-face client meetings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and investors.
- Identifying opportunities to grow and retain the property management portfolio through sales activity.
- Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on results.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Experience in property management or property auctions.
- Understanding of property investment and the needs of landlords.
- Thrives in a target-driven, phone-heavy environment.
- Proactive, resilient, and commercially minded.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle for business use.
