Now, we’re happy to offer you an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Investment Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located on Wavertree Business Village in Liverpool.
About the Role
This is a high-energy, targeted role that will involve:
- Selling tenanted investment properties from one landlord to another.
- Selling vacant properties that require refurbishment.
- Working across multiple sales channels, including off-market landlord-to-landlord transactions, on-market listings, and auction sales.
- Generating new business through high-volume outbound calling and face-to-face client meetings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and investors.
- Identifying opportunities to grow and retain the property management portfolio through sales activity.
- Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on results.

- Experience in property management or property auctions.
- Understanding of property investment and the needs of landlords.
- Comfortable discussing investment stock in the £50,000-150,000 range rather than high-end residential property.
- Thrives in a target-driven, phone-heavy environment.
- Proactive, resilient, and commercially minded.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle for business use.
