Property Investment Consultant – Manchester - Up to £30,000 DOE (OTE £80,000)
Are you an experienced property sales consultant or hungry salesperson looking to make some serious commissions in property investment? We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a growing city centre, multi discipline property group. With an exciting year ahead, this role is ideal for someone who is looking to join a business who will challenge you, challenge the norm, and challenge themselves constantly.
With a close-knit team of ambitious individuals, the director’s ethos is very much centred around customer service and ensuring their reputation proceeds them along with the development and wellbeing of the team.

What you will be doing Building relationships with investors and homebuyers selling to a rapidly growing database Progressing and closing sales Selling of luxury, new build apartments to investors Passionate about securing clients, the right investment property for their needs and you should take pride in your service being second to none

What you will have Previous experience of working in the property investment/buy-to-let market is preferred but not essential Experienced sales background with a proven track record Highly target driven with the ability to produce results Full UK driving licence Good understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest cover, LTV etc) Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal contracts and sales agreements
